Returns and/or refunds at the discretion of Deer Mounts of America on the basis of product defects and/or damage received in transit. Deer Mounts of America must be notified of defective/damaged product(s) via the contact form within 48 hours of the delivery time provided by carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx), ensuring all required contact form info is correctly filled out, as well as including a customer provided photo of the defective/damaged product(s). Failure to provide complete, correct contact info along with photos of the defective/damaged product(s) via online contact form within 48 hours of time of delivery renders product(s) ineligible for return/refund.
